By accessing or using KLARIS AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

KLARIS AI is an AI-powered educational platform that enables users to:

• Upload documents (PDF, DOCX, HTML) for AI-powered analysis
• Chat with AI about uploaded content
• Automatically generate quizzes from study materials
• Access AI-driven study assistance and document insights
• Use both free and paid subscription tiers

• KLARIS AI is available to users of all ages
• For users under 13, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account
• The parent or guardian is fully responsible for the child's activity on the platform
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Each account is for use by one individual only

You must not use KLARIS AI to:

• Upload or share illegal content
• Upload copyrighted material without proper authorisation
• Engage in spam, harassment, or any malicious behaviour
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the service
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful files
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content using the AI

• You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the service
• By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service features
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice

• AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• KLARIS AI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or academic advice
• You should verify important information from AI responses with authoritative sources
• AI-generated content should be reviewed carefully before use in any important context
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated responses

• Free tier: 3 uploads, 15 chat messages, and 2 quizzes per day
• Pro tier ($2.99/month): 15 uploads, 100 messages, and 10 quizzes per day
• Premium tier ($4.99/month): 50 uploads, unlimited messages, and 30 quizzes per day
• The platform is currently in beta — payment integration is coming soon
• No refunds are provided for services that have already been used

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA
• The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or updates
• As a beta service, features may change or be removed without advance notice

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon account deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• The KLARIS AI brand, logo, and underlying code are the property of Hüseyn Mirzəyev
• Your uploaded content remains your property at all times

• The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We make no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the preceding 12 months

For users under 13 years old, the parent or legal guardian who created the account agrees to these Terms on behalf of the child and assumes full responsibility for:

• Monitoring the child's use of the service
• Ensuring only appropriate content is uploaded
• Managing account settings and data
• Contacting us to request data deletion when needed

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising from the use of KLARIS AI shall be resolved in the courts of Azerbaijan. By using the service, international users acknowledge and accept this jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify affected users by email.
